Information on Classes

Cycle

A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you are in control.

 

 

Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, stretches, moves and poses brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Want to have your own personal trainer? Then this is the class for you. Designed to give you more personal attention, the class uses a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight. Focusing on your technique and providing motivation, the instructor will challenge you to go that extra step. body This empowering cardio workout combines moves and stances from karate, boxing and taekwondo. This explosive session is designed to create a fierce and energetic experience to leave you feeling totally unleashed.
A 20 minute abdominal workout working upper, lower and side abdominal area as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers. The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body, challenges all you major muscle groups by using the best weight-room excercises like squats, presses and curls. This class will get you the results you came for - and fast!
Work all the major muscle groups via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. 30 minute class - Increase strength, energy and vitality through dynamic movement with meditation designed to improve body awareness, physiological and anatomical alignment.
30 minute class based around boxing, this class concentrates on upper body strength as well as aerobic fitness, the class will keep your heart rate up for the whole 30 minute session. Tummy, Hips and Thighs is a challenging lower body conditioning class that focusses on toning the body from the waist down.
