2006 Caulfield Tennis Survey

The results are in on this years Caulfield tennis survey and overall staff ratings are up, whilst 'Food and drink' (58%), 'Parking' (60%) and 'Centre Cleanliness' (79%) are all down.

The survey was conducted throughout July this year and is the first using a new generic surveying template developed for Sport venues and facilities.

All elements were both rated for an expectation of the customer as well as their perceived rating of our performance in our delivery of the element. In both 'Staff Friendliness' (106%), and 'Staff Presentation'(105%) the Caulfield Fitness Team exceeded the expectations of the customers. Well done team! 100% of those surveyed responded positively to the question 'Would you recommend this service to others?'

The survey also captured a lot of qualitative data through customer comments surrounding the different elements and these comments will now be reviewed to identify opportunities to better the service.
