Customer Service Institute of Australia State Awards

CSIA State Awards

Monyx at Mulgrave and Monash Sport, Caulfield won the Small Business category of the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) State Award for Service Excellence on Wednesday evening at an award ceremony held at The Point, Albert Park.

Monyx CEO, Andrew O'Brien also won an award for State CEO of the year. Supporters of the application included Paul Ramler, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, John White, Advisor to the VC for Monash Sport, Michael Josem, Monyx Board Member, Tim Wilson, Founding Monyx Board Member and Monyx staff members.

The CSIA Service Excellence Awards showcase achievement in Customer Service. Reaching the finals and winning an award illustrates the high standards of management, training and commitment to excellence within Monyx.

Andrew O'Brien, Monyx CEO, said, "These awards reflect a journey which brings together years of work that have contributed to our service strategy. I would also like to acknowledge and thank our staff for their ongoing contributions - these awards are about them."
