2009 Fit Camp kicks off

The first Fit Camp for 2009 started on Monday 9 March at Clayton. 11 participants were involved, and look forward to the continuing early morning starts over the coming weeks.

After the first session the feedback gathered so far is promising for the life and health of the program, most are on their second Fit Camp as they felt the first one gave them much more results as opposed to training by themselves.

Participants are already well on their way to achieving their goals, ranging from reducing weight to increasing stamina and general fitness.

One participant commented “Fit Camp is a great program as it allows us to challenge ourselves, whilst training with the support of new friends’.

This Fit Camp runs for six weeks with participants training two mornings a week at Monash Sport Clayton.
