Southern University Games and Championships
250 Monash University athletes will compete in the Southern University Games in Gippsland 4th-7 th July. 20 teams will represent Monash University in a range of sports: Australian rules football, badminton, baseball, basketball, netball, rugby, soccer, softball, table tennis, touch football, ultimate Frisbee and volleyball. This event also acts as a qualifier for the Australian University Games to be held in Brisbane in September.
Tennis and hockey Southern University Championships will be held in the same week, 6th - 8th July, in Melbourne.
