Swimming for the Bushfires

The Monash University Swim Club are hosting a ‘swimathon’ to raise money for the Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

The event will take place at Monash University’s Doug Ellis Pool on Saturday 28 February from 4.30pm.

Teams from various Victorian swim clubs will be competing in the event, with each club donating their $400 entry fee towards the cause.

A barbecue and pasta dinner will follow the event with a monster raffle taking place, the grand prize being a plasma TV.

100% of all funds will be donated to the Red Cross Appeal.
