Trips and Tours Customer Satisfaction Report 2005

Trips and Tours provided 21 separate trips, tours and activities for the year 2005. This included 11 Discover Victoria day trips, 7 adventure activities, 2 Discover Australia interstate tours and 1 ski weekend.

A total of 545 passengers enjoyed the services on offer with 486 completing a feedback survey for the trip, tour or activity they participated in. This represents an 89% customer response rate.
